Welcome to Areia jewellery. By accessing or purchasing from our website Areiajewellery.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our webstore.
2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Purchases made from other retailers are not covered under Areia Jewellery’s warranty.
3. Products and Services
All products or services offered on our website are subject to availability. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We accept payment via debit and credit cards and process all transactions in ISK. All orders will be confirmed via email. Please check spam folders if emails are not received within 24 hours. Any alterations to that order will also be confirmed with the customer via email notification.
Areia Jewellery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of any changes to your order, we will notify you using the contact information provided. We will always make our best efforts to accommodate requests for expedited processing.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours. Shippings within Iceland are carried out with Posturinn, and estimated delivery time is 2-5business days. Internation shipping is carried out with DHL Express. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method.
Please note that shipping fees and times are subject to change. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase from our online store. Jewellery must be returned unworn, in original condition and original packaging must be intact.
All refunds and exchange requests will be evaluated by a representative. Refunds will be returned at the original product value. No refunds for shipping charges will be given.
If the costumer receives a damaged product Areia Jewellery will repair, replace or refund the product. The damaged product must be sent to Areia and our representative will receive and evalute the damage. If the product is accepted as damaged Areia will ship the new, or repaired product of no additional cost to the costumer.
Refunds do not apply for sale products. Sale products can only be exchanged for other sale products.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ariea Jewellery shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from or in connection with your use of our website or products.
